Returns & Exchanges

At High Fashion by J.O.L, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your High Fashion by J.O.L account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all dust bags, hangers, and authenticity cards are included before attaching the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup; please retain your tracking number until we confirm receipt at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
